120-140 Bloom/40-50 mP.s. Bone glue is made from the connective tissue of bones. This relatively weak glue has a distinctive odor. In the past, gilders used this glue in the production of embossing paste. The glue is available in a typical bead shape.

Wood-stain, soluble in alcohol (SP)

Instructions for use: Dissolve contents in 1 pint of 96% alcohol and stir vigorously. Apply staining solution evenly to smoothly sanded wood with a the aid of a soft flat brush. Always test stain prior to application! The liquid stains can be mixed to achieve intermediate tints. The pigment solution can also be used for tinting sprit and nitro varnishes.
