Wood-stain, soluble in alcohol (SP)
Instructions for use:
Dissolve contents in 1 pint of 96% alcohol and stir vigorously. Apply staining solution evenly to smoothly sanded wood with a the aid of a soft flat brush. Always test stain prior to application! The liquid stains can be mixed to achieve intermediate tints. The pigment solution can also be used for tinting sprit and nitro varnishes.

Wood-stain, water soluble
Instructions for use:
Dissolve the content in one half pint of hot water and allow solution to cool. Spread the solution thickly and evenly over the watered, ground and dust-free wood using a brush or sponge. After 2 minutes remove superfluous stain with the brush for sponge. Allow the stained surface to dry thoroughly. Then brush it. Always make a test stain. The liquid stains can be mixed.
